The first day of school for middle school students is August 29, 2019, and the staff at RBMS is eager to be part of your learning and growth for the upcoming academic year. For our 6th grade parents, we are hosting a 6th Grade Parent Night on August 27 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, so please join us to learn more about your student’s transition to middle school. I would also like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. As a person who has worked in schools her whole life, I am eager to join your school community. The district’s focus on challenging students in a supportive learning environment provides our school its direction to help students achieve personal excellence. Athletic and extracurricular opportunities are further ways for students to learn new things and grow in different ways. I am excited to be a part of a place where staff, students, and families work together to foster strength, resilience, and caring in our young people. I look forward to the school year with anticipation of meeting new people, expanding my knowledge, and stretching my skills.
